Discover a unique getaway at Knees in the Breeze, a charming tiny home nestled within the InnHabit resort in the heart of Medicine Park, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the scenic beauty of the Wichita Mountains, this inviting retreat offers a perfect blend of cozy intimacy and outdoor relaxation for up to 4 guests.

This first-floor tiny house is thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency. The layout features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full-sized trundle that pulls out from underneath, 1 bathroom with a shower stall, and a functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. Guests can unwind inside with a Smart TV and WiFi, or step outside to their own private patio, which boasts a bistro set and two incredibly comfortable swinging hammock chairs.

As part of the InnHabit resort, you are situated in a community of ten tiny houses arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. While the rooftop decks are reserved for second-floor guests, you will have full access to the common grounds and the community gas grill located in the gazebo. Please note that guests are asked to bring their own utensils and dishes for grilling, as only disposable items are provided.

Location is everything here. You are just a 5-minute walk from Bath Lake and the Cobblestone Row shops, and minutes away from the Medicine Park Aquarium, Escape the Park, Holy City, and the Old Fort Sill Museum. Nature lovers will appreciate being 5 minutes from Lake Lawtonka and 15 minutes from the wildlife refuge. Onsite at the resort, you can visit Little Bear Street Eats, The Refuge Ale House, Little Bear Sweet Eats, Misty’s Popcorn, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars. With one reserved parking spot per unit, you can simply park and explore the local hiking, biking, and kayaking trails on foot.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking indoors (smoking is permitted on private patios). No parties or events without prior permission. A maximum of 6 people are allowed on patios. Please be courteous to other guests.
• Checkout Instructions: Please remove all trash (including from the fridge and microwave) and place it in the dumpsters. Leave the tiny house unlocked with the key on the counter.
