Your tiny house is perfectly positioned within InnHabit's unique semicircular layout of 10 tiny homes, situated to the left of the central gazebo beneath the colorful Pistol Pete's Place. The resort features an impressive collection of on-site businesses including Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, Little Bear Sweet Eats dessert shop, Misty's Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars shop. You're just a 5-minute walk to Bath Lake and Cobblestone Row shops, 5 minutes to Lake Lawtonka, 15 minutes to the wildlife refuge, and minutes from Holy City, Old Fort Sill Museum, Escape the Park, and Medicine Park Aquarium.

Please note important property guidelines: smoking is prohibited indoors but permitted on your private patio, pets are not allowed, and parties require prior permission. Maximum patio occupancy is 6 people. Upstairs landings and rooftop decks are exclusively for second-floor guests. When using the community grill, bring your own utensils and dishes as health regulations limit us to providing disposable items only. Being in the heart of Medicine Park means you should expect foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during local events. Checkout is at 11:00am with simple requirements: remove all trash to dumpsters and leave the key on the counter.
