This expansive 2,074 square foot residence is designed for groups and families, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure privacy and comfort: the third floor hosts three dedicated bedrooms, including one room with a King bed and two rooms with Queen beds. For additional guests, a comfortable sofa bed is available in the second-floor living room, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Inside, you will find a seamless living experience with beach-themed décor and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas range, air fryer, and a variety of coffee makers including a Keurig and pour-over setup. The living area is enhanced by a Smart TV and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with private balconies and a gas grill for alfresco dining. Guests also enjoy access to a heated neighborhood pool, typically open from Memorial Day through early October, which is shared among only 15 units.

Located in the heart of Union Pier, Michigan, the townhome provides easy access to Miller, McKinley, and Berrien beaches. Guests can explore the scenic Galien River trails, visit local wineries and markets, or enjoy a treat from the beloved Black Currant Bakery.

Practical details include a garage and driveway for 2 vehicles, free WiFi, and provided beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and a beach cart. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood, which may result in daytime noise. For the peace and quiet of all residents, there is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.
