Responsibility: By accepting the present general conditions, the guest waives, releases and agrees to disable the Owner from any damages, accidents or injuries that occurred during the stay, which may be related or updated in the property, as well as for all visitors and persons associated directly or indirectly with the guest present during the stay.

Lost items: The guest waives, releases and agrees to disrupt the owner of any breakage, loss, disappearance or theft of valuables, money or jewelry belonging to the guest or all visitors and persons directly or indirectly associated with the guest present during the stay.

Access to the property: In case of need and with reasonable notice, the guest authorizes the owner or any person mandated by the owner to access the property during the stay. In the event that an urgent repair or issue needs to be resolved quickly and you cannot be reached, the landlord and/or their agents may enter the property without notice. You must notify us immediately of any issues or breakages in the property.

SPA water temperature: Everything is set up so that the hot TUB water is clean and warm when you arrive. However, it is possible that for sanitary reasons the SPA had to be emptied and the water changed. It is therefore possible that at the very beginning of the stay, the SPA water is not quite at the desired temperature. By accepting these terms, you agree that this may not constitute a reasonable ground of claim.

Divan-Lit: We can accommodate 2 additional guests with the sofa bed in the games room. It should be noted that it is in a common area and there are no curtains for the window.

Pool table: Never put anything on the table. Never sit or climb on the table. Always break up in the direction of the dining room. If the table surface is damaged and needs to be replaced, a charge of $600 will be charged. Any other major repairs to the table will be charged in real time and at the equipment fee with supporting invoice.

Additional policies such as rates and fees, check-in/check-out time, cancellations, minimum stay, maximum number of guests allowed, external fires, security deposit, etc. will comply with house rules or reservation policies provided separately by the owner.

For safety and safety reasons, our property is equipped with an outdoor camera pointed only to parking. Our property is also equipped with a noise level capture device to ensure tranquility in the vicinity.

The guest must provide a valid phone number as well as an email address and be reachable during normal business hours before the start of the stay.

Under no circumstances should the number of people exceed the limit of hosting the house unless previously agreed with theowner. The reservation must be made for the total number of people who will be with you. No undeclared person should stay in the house. The identity of the persons may be verified during the stay.

Accessto the propertywill only be given to the guest responsible for the reservation and to the persons declared. As a result, they must be willing to provide proof of their identity on site and have in their possession the credit card used during thereservation. The guest must behave in a respectful manner and demonstrate good neighborliness respecting the rights and safetyof the surrounding owners. In the event of a complaint, a penaltyof $500 will be imposed.

Curfew hours are from 11pm - 8am. Before using the spa, a shower is required to remove all oils, lotions, creme, make-up and anti-mosquito products. The water must be kept clean and free of bubbles or foam to avoid an additional $200 CAD for drainage, cleaning and filling.

The hot tub cover should be closed at all times when it is not used to avoid breakage or heat loss. No fireworks allowed.

If the number of guests exceeds the reservation without notice to the owner, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. The maximum capacity of the property cannot be exceeded.

The house is non-smoking which includes: cigarette, cigar, cigarillo, vaping, shisha, cannabis, cannabis, etc. In case of a deplete or odor, an automatic control of $200 CAD will be required.

Dogs can be accepted on request and acceptance according to the terms of the owner and deciding on a case-by-case basis. If accepted, an additional fee of $150 CAD per stay will then be required. The guest agrees not to use the property for commercial purposes or to sublet the property. The guest responsible for the reservation must inform the other guests of the house rules. The owner may refuse access to the property, terminate the contract and require immediate checkout if it reasonably believes that the guest or any member of their group will behave illegally or that damages would be likely to be caused as a result of its behavior.

Parking is limited to parking areas provided for this purpose. The guest must not organize any events (such as conferences or meetings) in the property without the prior written consent of the owner.

The guest must not make any changes to the property without theprior written agreement of theowner.

If the guest wants a later check-in time, they'll need to pay $50 per 30-minute delay.

If the guest or a member of their group exceeds the prescribed checkout time, they will have to pay $100 per 30-minute delay. If the delay is more than two hours, you will be charged a night without being able to stay.

The guest is responsible for making sure checkout instructions are followed. They will be sent to you 24 hours before your departure and/or in the house guide available on site.

In case of any problem with the property, you must notify us immediately and give us access to the property in order to allow us to see and resolve the issue within a reasonable time otherwise this cannot be used as a basis to justify any related future claims.

Any violation of these rules by the guest or by a member of his group will be a reason for the immediate termination of this rental agreement without the possibility of reimbursement and the owner cannot be held responsible for any damage to them.
