Discover a serene escape at Katve Nature Retreat, a family-owned hideout nestled within clean and quiet nature in Kirkkonummi, Finland. Located just a 40-minute drive from Helsinki, the Kaisla Cabin offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can completely detach from the city hassle and wake up to the sight of deer right outside your living-room window.

This cozy cabin is part of a semi-detached house, ensuring a completely separate and private space. The layout features 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and an additional single bed in a large upstairs area, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. There is 1 bathroom facility, featuring a shower and a private sauna for ultimate relaxation.

Inside, the cabin provides all the pleasures of a true home. You will find a large living room with a relaxing sofa and a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and all the necessities. The interior is designed to complement the amazing view of the surrounding nature and the freshwater lake.

Outdoor living is the heart of the Katve experience. Guests share a huge yard and 400m of shoreline on a beautiful freshwater lake, perfect for taking a dip straight from the sauna. The exterior space is thoughtfully appointed with hammocks among the trees, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen ideal for cooking by the fire and enjoying the sunsets.

Located just a few kilometers from the sea and archipelago, the surrounding environment is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The nearby forests are ideal for hiking, trail running, biking, meditating, or picking berries and mushrooms, while the lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, and rowing. For those seeking adventure, TwentyKnots offers occasional windsurf and stand-up paddle courses, as well as private pilates or yoga lessons. Local attractions include the Rehndahl domestic animal farm and various day-trip destinations like Linlo island and the Porkkala peninsula.
