For additional flexibility, the third-floor loft includes a twin size murphy bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa is available on the main level.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per dog. To ensure a peaceful environment, smoking is prohibited, and events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please be aware that there is an external camera at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located on the exterior of the home. Parking is available for 1-2 cars in the driveway, with free street parking near the marina available.
