The second bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed overlooking the cultivated grounds. The third bedroom is a private haven with a queen-sized bed and sliding glass doors opening to a back patio with lovely views of the flowering hillside.

Inside, the expansive gourmet kitchen features custom tinted concrete countertops and high-end appliances, while the adjacent dining room offers an elegant setting for eight guests around a beautiful table and fireplace. For relaxation, the living room is furnished with comfortable leather seating and a 65-inch smart TV. A sophisticated Billiards Room, designed specifically for adults, includes a professional pool table, dry bar, and dartboard, opening onto a private patio with a fire pit.
