About Property

Discover the ultimate Hudson Valley escape at the Hammock Hill House, an upscale, modern log home perched atop a hill on 20 private acres in the Town of Milan, New York. This expanded A-frame log-cabin combines impressive presentation with an abundance of space across three floors, offering a peaceful sanctuary where guests can shake off the stress of the city and immerse themselves in nature.

Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king size bed and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Upstairs, guests will find two more rooms with soaring beamed ceilings—one containing a queen bed and two twins, and the other a queen bed. A final guest room with a king bed is located on the lower level adjacent to the lounge.

The living spaces are defined by a true "WOW" factor, centered around a sun-dappled living room with soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. For entertainment, the lower-level lounge provides a full-size pool table, darts, classic board games, and an HDTV on a cozy sectional sofa. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with stainless steel Wolf and Miele appliances, a beautifully tiled backsplash, and a Keurig coffee maker. An adjacent open-concept dining room with a large table overlooks the deck, filling the space with natural light.

Outdoor living is equally spectacular, featuring a wrap-around porch and a state-of-the-art heated gunite pool. Guests can relax in the cedar sauna, enjoy the bubbling warmth of the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the firepit in Adirondack chairs.

Located just minutes from Rhinebeck and Red Hook, the property serves as a perfect base to explore local gems like Helsinki Hudson, New York Zipline Adventures, and acclaimed restaurants such as Le Canard Enchaine and Gaskins.
