The newly built kitchen is equipped with sleek appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing local finds from nearby markets.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for calming comfort across three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

• Master Bedroom: A vaulted haven featuring a king-size bed, soft lighting, elevated ceilings, and the convenience of an en-suite bathroom.
• Second Bedroom: Features a cozy queen-size bed.
• Third Bedroom: Features a comfortable full-size bed.

Outside, the property boasts a standout private swim spa and hot tub, allowing you to swim against a gentle current or soak under the stars. Guests enjoy full private access to the cabin, deck, and outdoor areas, including a covered carport for two cars and one additional upper-level parking space. As part of the Hacienda Homeowners Association, you also have access to a famous stretch of the Russian River, ideal for swimming with views of the picturesque Hacienda Bridge.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (pet fee applies). Dogs must not be left alone unless crate trained and quiet. Other animals require specific host approval.
