You will find 2,750 sq. ft. of living space, including well-appointed rooms with fresh linens and clean, modern bathrooms.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property is known for its calm atmosphere and scenic hilltop and valley views. Guests often describe the area as feeling like "a small town but in the city." Winding roads lead to panoramic vistas, and local essentials such as a park, convenience store, gas station, and a mom-and-pop Mexican restaurant are all located along the main road.

• Pets: Dog-friendly with a $250 flat fee per pet
• Pool Heating: $250 per day (Spa heating is free)
• Fees: Early check-in/Late check-out (if available) $100; Lost key $100
• Strict No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee

Important Notes: The pool slide, waterfall, and jacuzzi jets/lights are temporarily out of service for maintenance. Additionally, the home is transitioning to a new design theme and no longer features the astronaut theme. To maintain safety, glass is strictly prohibited near the pool, and tampering with the pool system or removing the pool robot is forbidden, with violations subject to a $1,000 fine.
