The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout is thoughtfully designed for privacy and convenience: the main floor hosts one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the top floor contains two additional bedrooms sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom, along with a dedicated work area and reading nook. The basement provides a fourth bedroom with an en-suite access bathroom, and the family room area includes a trundle bed with convenient bathroom access.

Inside, you will find a warm and inviting atmosphere characterized by an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living spaces. Plush furnishings and large windows allow you to soak in serene forest views, while the stone fireplace creates a cozy focal point for quiet evenings. Residents and guests have access to a wealth of local activities, including miles of hiking trails, pristine lakes for kayaking and fishing, a championship golf course, tennis courts, a wellness center, and multiple pools. Please note that Big Canoe amenities are charged separately and paid directly to the Big Canoe POA.

• Parking: Two to three spots available directly in front of the house
