This property has been completely renovated, boasting brand new paint, doors, windows, and new vinyl flooring throughout the entire house.

Experience a blend of nostalgia and modern comfort with an array of entertainment options, including four smart TVs and three arcade games featuring classics like Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and Street Fighter. The living room is designed to be cozy, while the brand new kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all new GE Appliances, providing everything you need to cook up a fantastic meal. • Parking: 1-lane driveway fits two average sedans; one additional car may park in the dirt to the left. No road parking.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome (max 2) with a $85 one-time fee. Pets must be house-trained, vaccinated, and kept off furniture.
• Guest Capacity: Base rate covers 5 guests. Guests 6 and 7 are subject to an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.
• House Rules: No smoking inside ($300 fine), no parties, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No unapproved visitors.
• Security: Two exterior cameras are located above the front door and on the backyard patio for guest protection.
