(House Rules)

• Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am
• The booking guest must be 21 or older
• No unapproved guests or visitors. Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day with the host's approval.
• Unapproved guests will automatically be added to the reservation and you'll be charged the additional guest fee, per day. In the event the maximum number of guests is exceeded at the STR, you'll be charged an additional $50/day, per guest
• No Parties. If the police are called more than once due to noise violations, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and you'll be asked to leave the premises
• No smoking inside. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $300 fine charged to the booking guest
• No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper or any other items that isn't regular toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trashcan
• Do not attempt to open the 'owner's closet' or the 'linen closet'
• Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided
• No horseplay outside around the fire pit in the backyard. Limit all fires within the pit
• Clean off the BBQ grille and return the utensils back to the kitchen after each use
• Please take the trash out and place the garbage bin on the road when full during your stay.

(Pet Rules)

• ALL Pets must be disclosed and annotated on the reservation No more than 2 pets are allowed. Size and breed immaterial. We charge $85 for 1-2 pets. This fee covers the entire stay
• Please pick up pet wastes and clean up excessive hair on furniture and floors. Any additional pet cleaning fees will be billed to the guests
• No pets on the furniture at any time. Additional cleaning charges incurred will be billed to the guest.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse in the backyard
• Pet urine or feces found in the house will incur an additional $100 fee
• Damage caused by pets will be billed to the owner + an inconvenience fee of $75
• The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during it's stay

Please note that the pet fee for 1-2 pets is $85. This covers the entire stay. This fee does not include additional cleaning that guests may be billed by the cleaning company for excessive messes (pet waste found inside, excessive pet hair on furniture, etc). The reason for this expense is so our cleaners can conduct a higher level of cleaning to avoid subsequent guests checking in and having a negative reaction due to pet allergies. We happily welcome furry friends of all shapes and sizes. All pets must be up to date on shots and non-violent.
