The main hallway leads to the sleeping quarters, ensuring a comfortable flow throughout the single level home. The property is configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 8.

Requirements: The booking guest must submit a photo ID, sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, and complete the check-in form. A refundable security deposit of $250 or a non-refundable damage waiver of $45 is required.
Guest Fees: Nightly rates include up to 5 guests; groups from 6 to 8 guests incur an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.
Maintenance: Exterior lawn care and pest control are performed on a scheduled basis.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am
- No unapproved visitors. Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day. Longer stays require the total number of guests to be updated on the reservation
- Additional unapproved visitors subject the booking guest to a $50/guest, per night
- No smoking inside. If evidence of smoking is found inside, there will be a $300 fine charged to the booking guest. Smoking outside is permitted, just please dispose of all cigarette butts
- No illegal drugs permitted. Evidence of illegal drug use can result in a $300 fine charged to the booking guest.
- No Parties
- Please keep all doors shut to prevent critters from coming into the Short-Term Rental
- No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper or any other items that isn't regular toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trashcan
- No dryer sheets in the dryer
- Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided
- Clean off the BBQ grille and return the utensils back to the kitchen after each use
- Please take the trash out and place the garbage bin on the road when full during your stay. Trash days are as follows: Tuesday: Normal Trash (green lid) & Friday: Recycling (yellow lid)
(Pet Rules)
- All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention measures are highly recommended
- No pets on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of such may incur an extra cleaning fee
- Damage caused by pets will be billed to the owner + an inconvenience fee of $85
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse in the backyard and messes they cause
- Guests should prevent dogs from making excessive noise, especially at night
- Pets will not be left unattended for an extended period of time, either indoor or outdoor.
- The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during it's stay
Please note that the pet fee for 1-2 pets is $85. This covers the entire stay. This fee does not include additional cleaning that guests may be billed by the cleaning company for excessive messes (pet waste found inside, excessive pet hair on furniture, etc). The reason for this expense is so our cleaners can conduct a higher level of cleaning to avoid subsequent guests checking in and having a negative reaction due to pet allergies. We happily welcome furry friends of all shapes and sizes. All pets must be up to date on shots and non-violent.

Don't strip beds! Leave linens as is to help us spot problem areas. No piling linens in tub. Rinse dishes, load dishwasher, & run before leaving. Pick up after pets inside/outside (if applicable). Gather all belongings. Set the thermostat to 72°. Sweep excess sand, debris, & pet hair. The cleaning fee covers a standard clean, not a deep clean and excessive messes incur extra charges.
