Important Guest Information: This property enforces a 100% smoke-free policy with no fireworks, vaping, or marijuana use permitted. All unrelated guests must be 25 or older, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited and will result in a $400 fee plus repair costs. Internet is provided by AT&T with limited speeds suitable for basic web browsing and email. Satellite TV and DVD players are available since streaming is not reliable. The 7th bedroom contains twin bunk beds, with a maximum of 15 adults allowed. Docks, watercraft, and outdoor furniture are unavailable October 25 through April 15.
