Sleeping Arrangements The home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests (maximum of 14 adults). For families, the 5th and 6th bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with one set of twin bunk beds each, specifically for children.

Location & Neighborhood Located in the heart of Southwest Michigan, the retreat is just 10-15 minutes from the famous fruit picking and pies at Crane's Orchards and Dutch Farms. Guests can enjoy tastings at Fenn Valley Winery or explore the antique treasures of South Haven, Allegan, Douglas, and Saugatuck. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Allegan State Game Area or enjoy Saugatuck dune rides and South Haven beaches. The home is conveniently positioned 15 minutes from downtown South Haven, 20 minutes from Saugatuck, and 30 minutes from Holland. A public boat launch is located directly across the lake.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 5:00 PM via a keypad entry system, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that the home does not have central heating or cooling and is closed for the winter from after New Year's until April 1st. Docks, watercraft, and outdoor furniture are unavailable from late October to mid-April.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed
• All unrelated guests must be 25+
• Smoke-free home: No vaping, marijuana, or fireworks
• No loud parties or drinking games
• No EV charging (violations incur a $400 fee plus repairs)
• No camping or RV parking/hook-ups
• Lee Township Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM daily
• No tinsel, glitter, confetti, or adhesives on walls
