The heart of the home is an open kitchen with an island and a cozy breakfast nook, which flows seamlessly into a living area complete with an electric fireplace and a 55” HD TV. For group gatherings, a custom 20-person dining table provides ample space for meals and late-night conversations.

Step outside to experience ultimate relaxation on the spacious lakeside deck, one of the property's most coveted features. Guests can dine al fresco in the dual outdoor dining areas, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the 8-person hot tub. For those seeking adventure, the private swimming area, dock, and two kayaks provide endless lake opportunities. A new park grill installed in September 2025 ensures grilling is available at any time.
