House Rules & Restrictions:

• Pets: One fully house-trained small or medium dog is welcome for a non-refundable $50 fee. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Dogs must be leashed outdoors (unfenced yard), cannot be left unattended unless crated, and must be kept off uncovered furniture.
• Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per Lee Township regulations.
• Restrictions: No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, fireworks, or EV charging. No loud parties or drinking games. All unrelated guests must be 25+.
• Decorations: Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or sticking items to the walls.
• Safety: Security cameras are installed for guest safety.
