- Multi unit community?
Guests must follow all condo bylaws or notices posted in the unit or in common areas in addition to any policies or procedures sent via the app to the Guest.
- Who are you?
Overnight guests that aren’t included in the booking are not permitted. Should you wish to change your occupancy it must be arranged and paid for prior to your stay.
- Cleanliness is a virtue!
We kindly ask that you load the dishwasher and turn it on before departure as a clean home is a happy home.
We have cleaning items in each unit should you wish to clean during your stay.
Regretfully if the home is left in an exceptionally messy state, we must charge $75 for every extra hour of cleaning required, per cleaner.
- I’m Canadian Eh!
In Canada, we kindly ask for no shoes or footwear are to be worn inside the property. Please take them off at the entrance accordingly.
Wait, you aren’t from Canada or the unit isn't in Canada?
That’s ok, lets act Canadian for your stay, minus the terrible weather of course!
- We know, we love sleeping in too!
Time is of the essence. Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and will result for a $75 charge every hour for each cleaner on standby.
- Maid Service?
Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. The home comes stocked with living room essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services unless arranged (and paid for) prior.
- Enjoy the fresh air!
Feel free to smoke outside of the home (on ground level), but DO NOT smoke indoors. We have a ZERO tolerance policy. Leaving behind a smoky home will cost $1000.
If smoking outside, please dispose of any smoking materials appropriately and safely, allowing them to cool off appropriately
Drug use is strictly prohibited. Drug paraphernalia clean up will be charged at $500 per hour, per cleaner, due to the safety risk to our cleaning team.
- Mind the neighbors, please!
Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our home. Misbehavior costs $1000 and may result in immediate cancellation of your booking, security or police being dispatched.
- Furry friends
We love our furry friends and some of our listings permit them!
Guests must have any pet approved, any unapproved pets will result in a $500 fee charged to Guests.
Excess pet hair or clean up will be charged at $75 per hour per cleaner.
Any and all pet damages are Guest responsibility

- Play safe!
When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents or illnesses that occur during your stay.
If you notice anything that presents a danger to yourself or anyone travelling with you, please let us know as soon as you check in.
- Change of plans?
If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us prior to doing so. We will do our best to accommodate you, but regretfully we cannot make any promises.
If you're interested in an early check in or late check out there will be an additional $45/hour once approved and if available.
- Corporate / Employer Booking?
For reservations made by employer/corporate, Main Guest/employee must be present at the time of check-in and during the stay, renting it out without permission is subject to eviction immediately without refund.
- Glitter is not the BOMB!
The use of glitter or confetti for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour per cleaner will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind.
We appreciate celebrations however if you are adhering things to the walls ONLY use scotch tape please. All tape must be removed prior to departure.
- But I am a designer, I think it should be over here!!
Furniture or items of any sort that have been relocated by the Guest or group during your stay will result in additional charges to the Guest. Our cleaners are tiny and weak; we barely feed them.
Any time spent relocating furniture by Guests will result in a levied fee.
We are talking major furniture or items here, did you know that couches shouldn’t be in bathtubs?
- You’ve Got Mail (but not really!!)
For any PARCEL or MAIL -- please send it to the nearest UPS for pickup to avoid being lost or missed.
Sending it to the property address is strictly not allowed. If a long stay Guest, please speak to us prior to having packages delivered or mail forwarded.
- What did I forget?
For any items left behind, and our Guests requesting assistance to have it mailed back to them, a standard handling fee of $35 PLUS whatever the shipping cost is will be charged to the guest.
Hey man, we have to pay our team to take it to the post office!
Once payment is received, shipping arrangements will proceed.
- Thou shalt not pass!
To protect the Host and Guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Our 3rd party vendor "Truvi" and the associated process and fees are mandatory for all stays.
- Let’s keep the screen time drama-free!
Our TVs are set up for streaming only. Please don’t order cable, pay-per-view, or any other paid content, as we’ll have to charge back any fees to the Guest.

When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above house rules.
Wow, lot of rules!!. Sure, long read but have you read the terms and conditions of a Hotel stay? Ok, nobody does, but they are longer trust us….. those Hotels are sneaky!
Let’s simply work together for an amazing stay, 99% of the above won’t apply to most Guests, but sadly we had to write this due to prior Guests. We are sure your stay will be trouble free!
