The second floor houses two additional bedrooms and a second porch complete with a dining area, ensuring every guest has a spacious and comfortable place to unwind. The home is configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Inside, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace for a movie night or enjoy family bonding over a selection of board games. When you are ready to step outside, relax on the screened-in back deck and take in the stunning mountain views, or head just a mile down the road for a day of fun at the beach.

While the home provides a peaceful sanctuary, the Big Canoe community offers an array of world-class activities. Guests can indulge in a private country club lifestyle with access to golf, tennis, boating, fishing, kayaking, and a gym. Please note that these community amenities—including the beach club, wellness center, and sporting courts—are not included in the booking and require separate fees paid directly to Big Canoe.
