The Alii Kai is a well-maintained complex featuring lovely gardens, a recently re-done pool and hot tub with beautiful tile, BBQ grills, and new pickleball and shuffleboard areas. Please note that the complex has unavoidable stairs, including 10 steps from the lower parking lot to reach the elevator. A car is recommended to fully explore the island.
