The home includes one bathroom, described as a stylish marble space featuring a modern walk-in shower and bathtub.

Inside, you will find a bright, elegant living room and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with a stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living space opens directly onto a beautiful south-east facing terrace with sea views, furnished with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the Mediterranean air. For added convenience, there is a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, as well as a dressing room with an iron and ironing board.

Location is a primary highlight, situated just steps from Monaco and less than a 5-minute walk to the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters. Guests are also within a 5-minute walk of the Larvotto beaches and close to the city center and all essential amenities. Please note that Beausoleil is known for its steep roads; while guests can get around on foot, the use of taxis, buses, or vehicles is recommended. To access the apartment, guests will climb approximately 2.5 flights of stairs.
