• Parking: Free parking is available across the street in front of the vacant lot for one vehicle.
• Property Rules: The property is gated; please provide your estimated arrival time in advance. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) is permitted anywhere on the property. Parties, excessive noise, and unauthorized commercial use (photography/videography) are strictly prohibited. All visitors must be approved in advance.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Important Note: The deck and other outdoor areas of the main home are private. Use of the sauna and cold plunge is at your own risk; the cold plunge must be filled before use and drained afterward.
