1. We do not allow commercial use of our space without our written consent. "Commercial Use" would include, but is not limited to: photography, videography, and any means of public display of our space for commercial gain. Additional fees will be requested if there is evidence of such use. If you would like to use our space for commercial purposes, please contact us before booking your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your specific use of our space!

2. The fireplace is not for guests use in any circumstance.

3. We do not allow guests to have visitors without notifying us first. We work hard to keep our property as safe as we can for our guests, and our awareness of who is on the property helps us to do that.

4.) This is a heavily residential neighborhood, parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. If we are notified of a possible party or extra guests you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Our neighbors are quick to notify us or local police if guest disregards rules and city ordinance.

5. ) No smoking inside (any marijuana or vape must be smoked outdoors and kept in sealed container)

6.) Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties, extra guests, or smoking indoors regardless of any damages.

7.) Please be courteous to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm – 7am

POOL & SPA RULES

1. IF there is a pool and/or spa on the property, it poses a risk to any and all guests on the property. I also understand and acknowledge that the use of other equipment (including recreational equipment) and facilities provided by Owner or Waverley Properties, and participation in outdoor activities, involves risks including, but not limited to the following: risk of property damage, bodily injury, including, but not limited to permanent disability, paralysis, and possibly death. These risks may result from a variety of circumstances including, but not limited to, the use or misuse of the equipment or facilities, from the activity itself, from the acts of myself or others, or from the unavailability of emergency medical care.

2. There may or may not be a fence around the pool and/or spa.

3. POOL HEAT: Pools that are equipped with heaters are not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature. Please note that pool temperatures vary due to certain circumstances, including but not limited to: wind, rain, low temperatures, storms, sand, fungus or algae caused by extreme temperatures, excessive use or contamination by Guests. There shall be no compensation for any loss of use. Any damage to the pool and/or spa caused by Guest and any other persons on Property during the agreed upon Rental Period, including but not limited to: broken glass or other items introduced into the pool, contamination of the water, damage to the automatic cleaners or equipment, or excessive loss of water will result in charges to the Guest for correction of the problem.
