The layout consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, capable of accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area. For entertainment, guests can enjoy flat screen TVs located in the living area as well as both the master and second bedrooms.

At the heart of the home is a vaulted living area featuring a new rock fireplace and fresh carpeting, creating a cozy atmosphere after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is equally impressive, boasting a large breakfast bar with seating for four, complemented by updated countertops and cabinets installed in 2015.

While the property is centered on comfort, guests also benefit from several convenient features. You will have access to one covered parking spot, complimentary Wi-Fi, and two indoor hot tubs to relax in. The property is located in a prime area, offering close proximity to the various attractions of downtown Breckenridge.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum age to book this property is 25. To maintain the quality of the home, there is a strict no pets and no smoking policy; additionally, please be aware there is no air conditioning. A basic starter pack is provided, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent to cover the first day or two of your stay. Please note that coffee, spices, and other kitchen food items are not supplied.
