Recently renovated in June 2018 with brand-new updates throughout, the home is a celebration of creativity and relaxation. The interior is adorned with a curated collection of art from various talented Nashville artists, adding a unique local touch to your stay.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom 1: A luxurious King bed, complete with a closet and dresser
• Bedroom 2: A comfortable Queen bed and closet
• Suite: Two Queen beds, featuring an extra-large bathroom, closet, and a dedicated changing area
• Living Room: A Queen pull-out sofa for additional guests

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the front door and roll-up door. Entry is provided via keys and codes.

Situated in Berry Hill, this distinct pocket of Metro Nashville offers a tranquil atmosphere across two square miles. This neighborhood is a quiet haven brimming with energy, boasting over 40 recording studios and vibrant murals to admire on foot.
