Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a no-smoking property. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age. Pets are welcome with restrictions: only dogs are permitted (maximum of 2) with a $150 fee per dog per stay, and must be disclosed prior to arrival. Events and parties are strictly prohibited per HOA guidelines. Pool heat is available by request from October to May for a nightly fee of $75.
