The first floor includes two king bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, as well as two bunk rooms—one featuring a queen-over-queen bunk, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle, and another with two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle. Upstairs, you will find another king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a final king bedroom served by a nearby hall bathroom. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Designed for gathering and entertainment, the home offers an upper-level living area with comfortable seating and a large TV. Downstairs, a custom 1,100 square foot game room provides a dedicated space for play, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and bar-style seating. A full kitchen connects seamlessly to a dining area with a large table, making group meals a breeze.
