Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via hassle-free keyless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please arrive for check-in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to ensure assistance is available if needed.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior host approval and a $75 non-refundable fee per pet (pets must be under 30 lbs; breed restrictions may apply). Cats are not allowed. Pets must be kept off furniture and kenneled when unattended.

Strict House Rules: No smoking inside, no parties, and no unauthorized guests. We do not host locals without prior management approval. Please do not re-stage or move furniture. Violations may result in fees, including a $500 charge for smoking, unregistered guests, or unregistered pets.
