Sleeping Arrangements The home features a comfortable layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary suite includes one King bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a Smart TV. Two additional bedrooms each feature one Queen bed and their own Smart TV, sharing a hallway bathroom.

Guests are minutes away from Rough River Dam State Resort Park for boating, jet-skiing, and fishing. Local highlights include Happy Jack's Winery for lake views, General George's Distillery for local flavors, and seasonal "Music on the Island" events. Nearby dining options include Little Dave's Restaurant and Pizza, Porgies Chow Wagon, and Tom & Al's Waterfront. A personal vehicle is highly suggested for getting around the area.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM via self check-in with a smart lock, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests are not permitted to access or use the dock, and there is no direct lake access. A few stairs are required to reach the main entrance.

House rules include a strict no-smoking policy and no parties or events. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The home is pet-friendly for one pet with a $140 non-refundable fee; additional pets incur a $50 fee each. Third-party bookings are not permitted. For safety, exterior security cameras are located above the front door overlooking the entrance and sitting area. A pre-arrival form must be completed after booking confirmation.
