The home is uniquely configured to accommodate up to 11 guests across several sleeping areas. The loft space sleeps up to 5 people with a queen bed and two twin beds (one featuring a twin trundle). The lower level provides space for up to 6 additional guests, featuring a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a twin/full bunk bed. Please note that there are no first-floor bedrooms; all sleeping quarters are accessed via spiral staircases leading either up to the loft or down to the basement. For added privacy, the queen bedroom in the lower level is the only space with a door, while all other beds are located in shared areas. The home is completed by 2 full bathrooms.

Experience the outdoors from the expansive back deck overlooking the water, which comes equipped with seating and a propane grill—perfect for watching the sunset from the second story. For those looking to immerse themselves in the lake, there is a private dock extending into the water and a slide for added fun. Inside, the full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed for everyday cooking.

Located in Williamstown, Kentucky, the home is nestled on the banks of Williamstown Lake among a scattering of other lakefront properties. Guests will find themselves near everything the local area has to offer. Please be mindful that the rural setting includes a steep driveway and steep stairs, and local roads may occasionally be affected by water runoff and erosion.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Access is provided via a unique key code on the front door. Pets are not allowed. To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests must sign a rental agreement and provide photo ID via a digital form; check-in instructions are sent 5 days prior to arrival upon completion of these documents. Access is limited to registered guests only, and any visitors must be approved by the host. Please note that the pontoon boat located in the boathouse is for the homeowner's use only and is not available to guests.
