For additional guests, the home includes a living room with a queen and twin sofa bed, as well as a cozy sleeping nook with two single beds. With 7 full bathrooms—including 3 private en-suites and 4 shared baths—your group will never have to fight over shower time.

This home is a dream for those who love the outdoors and water activities. The property boasts a private boat dock that can accommodate up to 3 boats, complete with a covered seating area and a wet bar for sipping ice-cold drinks. The secluded, super spacious yard is surrounded by trees and features an outdoor fire pit with chairs and corn hole for friendly competition. Guests can also relax on two cozy screened-in porches.

• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (pending a $250 pet fee). Dogs must be kept off furniture and leashed when untethered outside.
• Parking: Space for approximately 8 vehicles and 1-2 boat trailers.
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping inside the home. No parties or unauthorized events allowed.
• Additional: A liability waiver for water toys and the surrounding water is required; guests must provide their own rope to secure boats to the dock.
