For dining and relaxation, you will find a wall-mounted wooden table with leather chairs, a cozy living area with two comfortable chairs, an electric fireplace, and a large HD Roku TV.

The sleeping area boasts a brand-new king bed with integrated headboard plugs and convenient under-bed storage baskets. • Pets: Allowed (Must not be left unattended without a kennel/crate; no pets on bedding or furniture; no pet washing in bathtubs)
• Pet Fees: $75 per pet, with an additional $25 charge for stays longer than 4 nights
• House Rules: No smoking of any substance on the property; no parties or unregistered guests; quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Important: A check-in form and agreement are required after booking confirmation. Please be mindful of water conservation as the property relies on a well system. Daily maid and linen services are not provided.
