Mandatory Online Check-in (Required for Stay) After completing your reservation, you will receive access to our separate guest app. The full online check-in via this app is mandatory. All required guest details must be submitted. In certain cases, identity verification via government-issued ID is required. Without a completed and verified check-in, accommodation is not possible. Access to the apartment will only be granted after successful verification.

Check-in & Check-out Exact check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation and guest portal. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Guests who exceed the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning operations are liable for any resulting costs.

Local Bookings Reservations made by guests residing in the same city are not permitted. Please contact us in advance if you require an exception.

Smoking, Parties, Noise & Substances Parties, excessive noise, and smoking inside the apartment are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (e.g., balcony with the door closed). The possession, consumption, or storage of illegal drugs or substances — including cannabis/marijuana — is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is allowed only in reasonable household quantities. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Additional fees may apply (e.g., €250 for smoking/party violations; from €500 for intensive special cleaning), and further damage claims remain reserved.

Commercial Use Commercial photo, video, or film productions are only permitted with prior written approval. Unauthorized commercial use of the apartment will result in a usage and service fee of €250. Further claims remain reserved.

Unauthorized Guests The maximum number of guests is defined by the booking. Unauthorized or undeclared additional guests will be charged €30 per night per person.

Pets Pets are not permitted. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee starting from €100 may be charged. Guests traveling with assistance or service animals must inform us prior to arrival.

Liability & Care of Property Guests are liable for all damages or losses caused during their stay, including damage to furniture, inventory, textiles (bed linen, towels), keys, access cards, remote controls, and parking permits. All textiles must be used appropriately. Non-removable stains, discoloration, or misuse may result in replacement or special cleaning charges. Any damage must be reported no later than before check-out. Repair, replacement, or reprogramming costs will be charged accordingly.

Noise & Security Monitoring Noise monitoring devices may be installed to ensure compliance with house rules. Video surveillance may be present in common areas (e.g., entrances, hallways, exterior areas). Tampering with, removing, or covering sensors or cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. There are, of course, no cameras inside the apartments.
