Designed for comfort and warmth, the layout features one bedroom with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, complemented by a built-in dresser and hanging bar for your clothing. The space includes one full bathroom, which has been newly renovated and features a standing shower with large windows that flood the area with natural light.

Inside, you will find a space optimized for relaxation and function. The living area features a comfortable loveseat sofa facing an HD Roku TV, while an electric fireplace insert provides an inviting ambiance. A standout luxury of this cabin is the heated flooring throughout the entire space, ensuring you stay warm regardless of the mountain weather. The kitchenette is fully equipped for quick meals, featuring a mini gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a stocked complimentary coffee bar with a coffee pot.

Step outside to the large, covered front porch, where a dining table and chairs invite you to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air. Guests also have access to wonderful communal spaces, including a playground, a new community firepit, horseshoe pits, and cornhole games. The on-site Lobby provides a coffee bar and a paid guest laundry facility.

Nestled in the Colorado wilderness, the cabin is just a 5-minute drive to the Fall River Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park's shopping and dining. It is also a quick 9-minute drive to the Estes Park Golf Course. Please be mindful that wild animals like bears and elk share this habitat; ensure all trash is placed in the animal-proof dumpsters provided.

Practical information includes a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Pre-approved pets are welcome with an additional fee and must not be left unattended without a kennel. Guests are kindly asked to conserve water as the property relies on a well. A check-in form and agreement are required after booking to ensure a smooth stay. Daily maid and linen services are not provided.
