• Pet Policy: One well-behaved small dog is welcome (no cats). A non-refundable fee of $25 per night applies (minimum $75 per stay). Pets must be supervised or crated, and aggressive breeds are not permitted.
• Hot Tub: A brand-new hot tub is available for a $70 maintenance fee. Guests must keep the temperature at or above 98°F, use no soaps or oils, and keep the tub covered when not in use. Failure to follow these rules results in a $250 cleaning fee.
