Pelican Place is fully equipped for a care-free vacation with an array of premium features:

To ensure a smooth arrival, the home utilizes keyless entry for self-check-in, with codes sent via email and text. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be available upon request (subject to availability) and may incur a fee for requests outside of a one-hour window.

Guest guidelines are strictly enforced to maintain the quality of the home. This is a no-smoking and no-pet property; violations of the pet policy will result in a daily fee of $150.00 and potential eviction without refund. All reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age and are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration. For safety and security, noise monitoring devices (decibel only) and external monitoring cameras are in use.
