For additional guests, the living area provides a queen sofa sleeper bed also equipped with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a restful night for everyone.

The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen, boasting stunning quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and a portable 2-burner cooktop. Guests will find everything needed for a great meal, including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a complete set of cookware and utensils. Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Parking: No on-site parking. On-street parking only in the designated area behind the property (3-minute walk) with the flow of traffic. Two parking passes are provided.
• Pets: House-broken pets are welcome in the fully fenced-in yard. Dogs must remain on a leash. A pet fee of $15 per pet per night applies ($180 per pet per month for stays of 28+ nights). Stays with 4 or more pets require approval.
• Restrictions: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. No local guests allowed. Government ID and a pre-arrival form are required. Stays longer than 28 days require a signed lease agreement.
• Additional Info: A Pack 'n Play is available (please bring your own sheets). Guests must contact the host prior to booking if bringing motorcycles or a trailer.
