On the lower level, you will find a third king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a seating area. For additional guests, the basement sleeping area includes a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a convenient mini-fridge and microwave.

Early check-in may be available for a fee ($100 between 8–11 AM or $50 after 11 AM) if confirmed the night before. This home has a strict maximum capacity of 8 registered guests. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $250 fine for violations. Late check-outs are charged $50 for every 30 minutes beyond 10:00 AM. Please ensure parking passes are displayed for the two included spaces to avoid towing. A Ring camera monitors the driveway 24/7 for security.
