The second floor features a master bedroom also boasting a king bed, alongside two additional bedrooms equipped with queen beds, making the layout perfect for families or larger groups of friends.

Every bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring its own en suite bathroom with hot water and all the modern-day essentials. The interior design is defined by sleek decor, stylish interiors, and an airy atmosphere created by high ceilings and large windows. To ensure you stay cool in the tropical climate, A/C is installed in both the bedrooms and the living room.

- Unfortunately, Aruba does not have recycling yet.
- Trash collection day is once a week. Please place the trash in the Garbage bins located outside in the driveway, in front of the property on the left side inside the small storage unit with the black gates.
1. Pool Usage:
- The pool is open 24 hours. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
1. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors.
1. Parking:
- Park only in designated areas, do not block driveways or park on the grass.
- Additional parking information: Free parking on the premises and free street parking
1. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
1. Septic System:
- This property is equipped with a septic system. Avoid flushing sanitary products, hair, tissues, or paper towels to prevent damage and blockages.
1. Guest Limit:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is mentioned. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
