This unique property features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The second floor is a bright, open-concept living area filled with natural light, featuring a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Two sets of French doors open to the deck, letting in fresh ocean breezes. This level includes two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, along with a washer and dryer. A comfort-height queen air mattress is also provided here.

The lower level offers two self-contained sleeping areas, each with its own entrance for extra privacy. The North Bedroom Studio features a queen bed and a full-size pull-out memory foam mattress, a wet/coffee bar, and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The charming South Bedroom includes a queen bed, separate living space, wet/coffee bar, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, plus a sofa for one additional guest.

Outdoor moments are central to the experience. Guests can rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, unwind on the spacious wraparound deck, or enjoy the newly added hot tub on the lower level.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval; $100 fee per pet. Pets must not be left unattended inside.
• Policies: No parties or large gatherings. Additional fees apply for the 9th guest and beyond. A $100 deep cleaning fee is added for stays of 21 days or longer.
• Note: There is no interior staircase; downstairs spaces connect via a lockable interior door, and upstairs access is via exterior stairs. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Security cameras are present on the property.
