The first bedroom serves as a private retreat featuring a king bed, an en suite master bathroom, a 43-inch smart TV, a closet, and two nightstands. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a closet and one nightstand. The third bedroom is spacious, featuring two queen beds with a nightstand between them and a walk-in closet, providing plenty of room so you are not crammed together. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs, the home opens into a large open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces merge. You can kick your feet up on the large ottoman and relax on the couch while enjoying the 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for any meal, including a comprehensive coffee bar with a Keurig, coffee pot, sugar, creamer, tea, and to-go cups, as well as essential pots, pans, seasonings, and oil. Dining is a breeze with a heavy-duty Ashley Furniture table seating six, plus three additional barstools at the kitchen island.

House Rules & Policies:

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the residential neighborhood; failure to reduce outdoor noise after 10 PM may result in removal from the home.
• Guest Policy: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $25 per person.
• Additional Rules: Please avoid walking on carpeted areas with shoes. Once a stay begins, it cannot be shortened.
