Located in a serene neighborhood, the home is perfectly positioned for those wishing to explore the wonderful wineries in Glen Ellen and Kenwood. To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a Ring camera is installed at the front of the house, covering the street and the driveway.

To maintain the sanctuary-like atmosphere of our neighborhood, we ask that you treat this house as your own. Please be mindful that we live here every other weekend and our neighbors include local families. Consequently, loud parties of any kind are absolutely not tolerated. Guests must adhere to the Sonoma County mandated quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM; this includes avoiding loud voices outdoors and refraining from hot tub use after 9:00 PM. It is recommended that guests remain inside during these hours.

Practical details include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that there is no street parking available. The driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars depending on their size, and the garage is available for one additional vehicle. Pets are welcome to join you on your trip. By booking this listing, guests agree to a waiver of liability for the hot tub, decks, and stairs, and agree to follow all house rules provided in the welcome letter. This property is fully licensed with Sonoma County, and the vacation rental permit is posted on the premises.
