Mandatory online check-in (requirement for your stay) After the reservation, all guests will receive a separate guest app. Full online check-in through this app is mandatory. All necessary data must be provided; in certain cases, identity verification by means of an identity card is also required. Accommodation is not possible without a complete check-in. Access to the apartment is only after successful verification.

Check-in & Check-out The exact times can be found in your booking confirmation and in your guest portal. Early check-in or late check-out is available at an additional cost, subject to availability. If the agreed check-out time is exceeded or our cleaning is delayed, guests will be liable for any resulting costs.

Booking at your own place of residence Reservations are not permitted in your own place of residence. In exceptional cases, please contact us in advance.

Smoking, Parties, Noise & Substances Parties, excessive volume and smoking are not permitted within the apartments. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (e.g. balcony with the door closed). Owning, using, or carrying drugs or other illegal substances – including cannabis – is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is only allowed in household quantities. Violations will result in immediate and immediate termination of the stay without entitlement to a refund. In addition, fees (e.g. €250 for smoking/party; from €500 for intensive special cleaning) as well as further claims for damages can be charged.

Commercial use Commercial photo, video, or film recordings are permitted only with prior written permission. For unauthorized use we charge a usage and expense allowance of €250. Further claims are reserved.

Guests The maximum number of guests allowed is the result of the reservation. Unregistered or additional guests will be charged at €30 per night per person.

Pets Pets are not allowed. In case of violation, we will charge an additional cleaning fee from €100. Please register assistants or accompanying animals before arrival.

Diligence & Liability Guests are liable for any damage or loss in the apartment during the stay – including inventory, textiles (sheets, towels), keys, access cards, remote controls, or parking passes. Textiles must only be used as intended. Non-removable dirt, discoloration or improper use may result in costs for special cleaning or replacement. Damage must be reported before checkout at the latest. Repair, replacement or reprogramming costs will be charged accordingly.

Noise & safety monitoring Noise sensors may be installed to comply with the house rules. Video surveillance can be used in common areas (ex: entrance areas, hallways, outdoor areas). Manipulating, removing, or covering these systems is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Of course, there are no cameras inside the apartments.
