Originally a 20’ shipping container, this home has been meticulously transformed. The interior is insulated and finished with pine shiplap paneling, while the exterior is clad in cedar siding, thoughtfully spaced to keep the original container's character visible. Guests enter through the original container doors, which have been updated with picturesque full glass panels to invite natural light into the living space. The interior further features a kitchen and dining area equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge, and a custom knotty alder tabletop. The bathroom is equally impressive, boasting a spacious layout and a full-size, custom tiled shower.

One of the standout highlights is the fun rooftop deck, accessible via a spiral staircase. This spacious outdoor area is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and is illuminated by color-adjustable LED rail lights, creating a beautiful glow for evening relaxation.

Situated in a great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco, the location is both peaceful and convenient. You are only 2 minutes from the Homestead Cafe and Craft Village, 5 minutes from I-35, and 8 minutes from the Waco airport. For your convenience, you can park right at the house, and Uber services are readily available in the area.
