Pets are not allowed, and the property's well-water system requires mindful water usage during your stay. Check-in is between 3 PM and 2 AM, and check-out is by 10 AM.

Associated fees for violators: ● Smoking of any kind in Accommodations: $350 to cover all costs to clean/restore the Accommodations ● Unauthorized Pets: $500 in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the Accommodations. (Authorized Pet Fee for Property Varies) ● Broken/Missing Items: Varies depending upon item and whether repair or replacement is required (just tell us if something broke) ● Unpermitted Guests: $200 per guest per night
