Elevate BNB House Rules ● Respect reservation times- We schedule cleaning, maintenance, and other items specifically around check-in and out times. ● No parties or unregistered guests allowed- we may send you additional charges for undisclosed guests. ● No SMOKING of any substance in the house or on the property. ● Do not tamper with outdoor cameras. ● Quiet time starts between 10 PM to 8 AM - please be respectful of all our neighbors!! ● Pet Fee is $75 per pet. Please ensure accurate pet counts at booking. ● If the reservation is than 4 nights there will be an additional $25 charge for pet fee. ● Pets are not allowed on the beddings or any other furniture. ● Pets should not be left unattended inside the cabin unless crated or inside their kennel. ● Please note, while we want you to feel at home during your stay, we kindly request not to wash your pets in our bathtub. The drains can't handle the hair, which could lead to potential plumbing issues. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. ● Daily maid/towel/linen services are not provided

Associated fees for violators: ● Smoking of any kind in Accommodations: $350 to cover all costs to clean/restore the Accommodations ● Unauthorized Pets: $500 in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the Accommodations. (Authorized Pet Fee for Property Varies) ● Broken/Missing Items: Varies depending upon item and whether repair or replacement is required (just tell us if something broke) ● Unpermitted Guests: $200 per guest per night
