Emerald Waters is designed for relaxation and family bonding. The home boasts two distinct living areas, each anchored by cozy fireplaces. The third floor features a coastal kitchen with beautiful white appliances and a large dining table that comfortably seats at least eight people. For those who love the outdoors, the property offers multiple living spaces, including a large screened-in porch and an outdoor shower on the first floor, plus two gorgeous balconies facing both the Gulf and Lake Christine.
