Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home, with a $750 fee for violations. Marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parking is limited to the designated driveway; street, grass, and off-property parking are prohibited per city regulations. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed.
