The interior includes a relaxing living room that serves as the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly toward a private balcony where you can soak in the stunning ocean views.

While the unit focuses on a minimalist and peaceful experience, guests can enjoy the specific comforts of the Rubi building's elevation, ensuring a breezy atmosphere throughout the living spaces. To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The rental process is managed exclusively by Casago Rental rather than the Las Palomas Front desk. Please be aware that there is no option to bill items to the room, and maid service is not inclusive. All towels are provided and located within the unit for your convenience. Casago is responsible for the distribution of wristbands and parking passes, and any maintenance requests are handled directly by the Host. Please note that pets are not allowed, and renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
