RENTAL AGREEMENT – HOUSE RULES Thank you for choosing our house for your stay! To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, here are a few rules to follow:

1. Security Deposit For bookings via Airbnb, please refer to their policies. For other platforms, a security deposit may be required and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after checkout, subject to no damage.
2. Liability You stay at your own risk. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that occur during your stay. Forgotten items can be returned at your expense.
3. Access to the property If necessary, the landlord or a representative may access the property with reasonable notice or without notice in case of emergency.
4. Use of the HOT TUB (if there is one) We do everything we can to make sure the HOT TUB is ready for your arrival. If a change of water was necessary, a heating time may be required. This is not grounds for a claim. Take a shower before use and close the lid after use.
5. Security and surveillance Some properties are equipped with outdoor cameras pointed only at exterior entrances to avoid any intrusion of your privacy.
6. Rules of life Respect for the neighborhood: No noise between 10pm and 9am. Number of guests: Only the number of people listed can stay there. Access and identification: The main guest must present an ID and the credit card used for the booking upon request. Non-smoking: No smoking (cigarettes, vapes, cannabis, etc.) indoors. Pets: Accepted in certain properties, subject to conditions, with prior agreement and possible fees. Prohibited events: Unauthorized parties and gatherings without written approval. Parking: Only in designated areas. Respect for the premises: Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged. Problems during the stay: In the event of a problem with the property, you must notify us immediately and give us access to the property to allow us to observe and resolve the problem within a reasonable time, otherwise this cannot be used as a basis to justify any corresponding future claim. Compliance with rules: Compliance with rules ensures a great experience for everyone. In case of significant non-compliance (e.g. nuisance, overcapacity, damage), we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund.

Issues During Your Stay: If you encounter any issues, you must notify us immediately and allow access to the property so we can assess and resolve the problem within a reasonable time. In case of serious violations (e.g. noise disturbances, overcapacity, damages), we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund.
